Basic salary: negotiated

Job Description:

- Site construction management (Site Supervisor) * STORE  FURNITURE, OFFICE FURNITURE, INTERIOR WORK, site construction management

- good skill for Drawing Autocad and can use other software to change file to Autocad- When necessary, go to the job site to track, assemble shelves, display goods

　（For renovation projects, we sometimes have to go to the site late at night.）

- Meeting with customers.

- Other jobs are discussed directly at the interview.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

- Male – Vietnamese, 25~ 35 years old, a strong person and time keeper. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design, architecture, construction management, or related field

- 3+ years of experience managing furniture and interior construction preferred.

- Communication with clients (emails, etc.) must primarily be in English.- Ability to converse in Japanese (communication level).

Good oral and written 4 skills in English

- Proficiency & knowledge in using Autocad, office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Communication skills with company members, workers, and customers

- Ability to work independently, under pressure, as well as in a team.

- Ability to work overtime when necessary

May be required to be on-site late at night (after 10 PM) and on holidays for renovations and other work.- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially Japanese. - Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
