Job Title: Administration Manager cum Sales Processing Officer

Basic salary: To be negotiated

Place of working: Hanoi branch


Job Description:

- Manage administration work in Hanoi branch

- Collect all requests of customers via phone, and email and transfer information to the Sales Team.

- Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested.

- Follow up on the quotation and arrange purchase order.

- Follow up and remind customers to make payment

- Maintain and update the databases on the company’s website regarding price lists, calculation tools, stock, delivery status, etc.

- Support the Sales Team with PowerPoint Presentations, market analysis

- Update and maintain the Sales and Marketing department's documentation and databases.

- Make the Sales and Marketing report (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) or when requested


Required Skills/ Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales-Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Good Japanese (N2) and basic English skills

- Only women, Vietnamese people, over 28 years old, minimum 05 years experience working as Administrator or sales and marketing assistant experience.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web searches

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.

- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially Japanese companies.

- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high pressure, be honest, work overtime when necessary
